DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, participants will learn communication skills for the workplace\, school\, family\, friends and peers. \n\nListening behaviours\nQuestioning concepts\nEmotional management\nGiving/receiving feedback\nSetting boundaries\n\nThese skills aim to support teens to create better relationships\, handle conflict\, build empathy\, increase self awareness\, build trust and reduce anxiety.
