Big Feels – March
Two-session group. This group is about learning skills to help us cope with big emotions. Participants will learn basic emotional regulation skills and create a calming kit when they need extra support to stay calm.
March (Registration is for both sessions)
- March 8th and 15th from 4:30-6:30
All groups are ages 7-13, and snacks are provided for each group.
