Feeling Well and Building Skills (Ages 10-13 years old)
Feeling Well and Building Skills is a weekly workshop-based program developed to increase mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulations as well interpersonal effectiveness skills will be learned!
The dates for upcoming sessions are as follows, you must complete these sessions in order and can not be joined at anytime throughout.
Wednesday’s from 5:30-6:30 pm ( This program is 10 sessions beginning September 15, 2021)
Feeling Well and Building Skills is offered via zoom, zoom link will be sent for your desired session upon registration
