Skills for Anger (ages 12-18) – March

Join us in person for Skills for Anger, where we will explore understanding self, strengths/challenges, triggers, anger style, feelings and connection to anger, setting boundaries, strengths, building skills/strategies and positive thinking to manage any anger.

Skills for Anger for 12-18-year-olds: March 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27 and 29. Mondays & Wednesdays from 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Once interested in the programming, a consent package will be sent to the parent/guardian.
