Life Skills for Children Programming: Skills for Anger for Children
The Skills for Anger (SFA) Program is a group facilitated program that provides a safe learning environment for youth to explore issues surrounding anger, emotions and interpersonal conflict. Participants are supported to learn skills to maintain healthy relationships, solve problems effectively, communicate assertively, build self-esteem, resolve conflicts and establish healthy boundaries.
Mondays September 12, 19 & 26 and October 3, 17, 24 & possibly 31.
