Stress Busters: Part 2 (Building Resilience & Confidence)
This is a four-part learning opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn about stress and anxiety and their impact on children. Topics will include how they adapt to stress, ways children use stress to motivate or avoid it, and signs and strategies.
Mondays – March 6 & 13 10:00-11:00 & March 27 ** 2 hour finale 10:00-12:00
