SUMMARY:Taming Worry Dragons - March 4th\, 11th\, 13th\, 18th and 20th
DESCRIPTION:Taming Worry Dragons is a 5 session workshop for kids ages 7-10\, to learn to trap and tame their worries and anxiety. The goal is to help children learn to reduce the frequency or intensity of their anxiety. \n (Registration is for all 5 Sessions) \n\nMarch 4th\, 11th\, 13th\, 18th and 20th (4:30pm – 6:00pm)\n\nSnacks are provided for each group. \nContact Lacey Gustavsen at lacey.gustavsen@mcmancalgary.ca or (403)801-6903 to register.
