This creative expression group is designed to promote emotional well-being, self-reflection, and connection through art making. This group uses art as a tool for exploration, relaxation and self-discovery in a safe and supportive environment. Participants will engage in guided art activities that focus on themes such as emotions, identity, resilience and mindfulness.
