The Reset Leadership Program is for youth aged 12-24 who would like to increase their leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Reset is offered through 6-sessions and provides youth with an opportunity to learn and connect with peers. The 6-sessions cover the following:

• Team building
• Diversity & inclusion
• Emotional & mental health
• Communication, problem solving & accountability
• Life skills

For youth enrolled in Reset who may require additional guidance, we also offer 1 to 1 support sessions. 1 to 1 sessions are provided by our skilled facilitators and help youth work towards their leadership and interpersonal goals.
