COMMUNICATION CONFIDENCE – AGES 12 TO 18
September 24 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
In this workshop, participants will learn communication skills for the workplace, school, family, friends and peers.
- Listening behaviours
- Questioning concepts
- Emotional management
- Giving/receiving feedback
- Setting boundaries
These skills aim to support teens to create better relationships, handle conflict, build empathy, increase self awareness, build trust and reduce anxiety. Upon completion each participant will receive a certificate which they can put on a resume.
Mondays and Wednesdays, September 17th, 22nd, 24th, 29th, October 1st
