Fearless Females! Be the Queen of Your Confidence – Mondays, September 23rd, 30th, October 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th – Ages 12-18

In this 6 part workshop participants will have the opportunity to;

-Increase their ability to communicate.

-Strengthen their ability to express their needs.

-Set appropriate boundaries.

-Explore their own self talk that is helpful and/or harmful.

-Create an understanding of their emotions.

-Explore ones own individual style, clothing, hair and makeup.

-Create their personal vision board.
