Kids Yoga – 4 to 7 years

March 7 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Come join us for Kids Yoga and parent self-care time. Kids will build foundational yoga skills through deep breathing and positive affirmations, while parents participate in self-care in a separate room.

 

March 7th – 1:30PM to 2:30PM

March 14th – 10:00AM to 11:00AM

March 20th – 1:30PM to 2:30PM
