Journeys Program

We are pleased to announce our new joint initiative, Journeys. McMan Calgary & Area has partnered with Aventa Treatment Center with funding from the City of Calgary’s Mental Health and Addiction Strategy.

This innovative program will provide outreach addiction supports and wrap-around services for women with children. There will be pre- and post-treatment supports that focus on building natural connections for women to reduce barriers and risks that may prevent successful completion of treatment.

By engaging family, friends and neighbours, a natural safety net can be created for women and their families. Thank you, City of Calgary for increasing awareness and understanding of the complexities of substance use and addiction.
