The KickStart Leadership Program is for children 7-10 years old, who are looking to further develop skills related to personal development and leadership. For information about KickStart programming offered in Okotoks and surrounding areas, check out the McMan Family Resource Network – Okotoks. 

KickStart is offered through 8 sessions and provides children with an opportunity to learn and connect with peers. The 8-sessions cover the following:

• Self-esteem
• Healthy relationships
• Assertiveness & communication
• Emotional awareness
• Responsibility
• Media awareness
• Smoking & vaping
• Coping strategies

This program is funded by the City of Calgary.
