About Restart
Restart is an evidence based 10-session workshop for children and youth aged 11-24 years old designed to provide a well-rounded approach to fostering emotional and social development.

Restart is offered over 10 sessions and provides youth with an opportunity to learn and connect with peers. The 10 sessions cover the following:
- Building connections
- Emotional awareness
- Resolving conflict
- Healthy relationships
- Media awareness
- Accountability
- Decision making & risk taking
- Substance awareness
- Nicotine & cannabis awareness
- Coping skills
For youth enrolled in Restart who may require additional guidance we also offer 1 to 1 support sessions. 1 to 1 sessions are provided by our skilled facilitators and help youth work towards their interpersonal goals. To register for 1 to 1 support, please complete the referral form below.
