Teaching youth aged 10-24 leadership and communication skills

About ReStart

ReStart Leadership Program is for youth aged 10-24 who would like to increase their leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. This free program is offered during and after school hours in schools throughout Calgary. ReStart is offered through 10-sessions and provides youth with an opportunity to learn and connect with peers. The 10-sessions cover the following:

  • Social Skills
  • Emotional Awareness Part 1
  • Emotional Awareness Part 2
  • Decision Making
  • Risk Taking
  • Drug & Alcohol Awareness
  • Healthy Relationships
  • Resisting Peer Pressure
  • Media Awareness
  • Resolving Conflict

For youth enrolled in ReStart who may require additional guidance we also offer 1 to 1 support sessions. 1 to 1 sessions are provided by our skilled facilitators and help youth work towards their leadership and interpersonal goals. To register for 1 to 1 support, please complete the referral form below.
